Mental Health Awareness Support Group

FOR IMMEDIATE HELP CALL 988

the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline

Individuals and families living with people with mental health difficulties and disorders often face challenges that leave them feeling isolated and alone. We understand, and invite you to join us. We are a community of faith offering help and hope ... emotional and spiritual support ... and a safe place where you can experience acceptance and TLC. You are not alone!

Join us at any of our regularly scheduled meetings on the third Thursday of each month from 7:00 - 8:30 pm in the St. Damian Pastoral Center.

 Our Mission Statement

To raise an awareness of mental health conditions while supporting family and friends through education, encouragement and prayer to create healthier mindsets of those (loving or knowing) individuals with mental health conditions in a spiritual and confidential environment.

The Archdiocese Commission on Mental Health offers a monthly virtual gathering: Moving Forward in Hope.

Our goal is to create a safe place for those living with or caring for individuals with mental health concerns to pray and share with one another. We know connections are paramount to our mental health and well-being.

These virtual meetings will cover relevant topics and be held on the fourth Tuesday of each month. To register or for more information, email Deacon Tom Lambert at tlambert@ourlmc.org
